优秀毕业论文 精品参考文献资料 摘要随着计算机技术的发展，税务信息化的水平在不断提高，税务管理 摘要 随着计算机技术的发展，税务信息化的水平在不断提高，税务管理 信息化己成为不可逆转的国际趋势。目前，大多数税收征管信息系统虽 然在一定程度上实现了税收管理的电子化，相对提高了管理工作的效 率，但是，这些大多采用表单的形式存储数据，不够直观，可视性较差， 不能直观的了解管辖区内税户的分布及纳税等情况，使得无法对数据有 效的管理、分析。为了提高工作效率，进一步适应税务工作的发展和税 源管理的需要，开发了基于GIS的税源管理系统。 本文将组件GIS技术应用到税源管理系统中，实现了税源信息的图 形化管理。论文在对地理信息系统的特点、用途、发展趋势分析的基础 上，重点介绍了组件技术和组件GIS，并对几种GIS开发方式进行了比较。 然后详细阐述了系统的总体框架和功能设计以及数据库的设计，最后论 述了具体实现技术。 系统实现部分采用ESRI的Mapobjects组件，在VC#．NET平台上进行 开发，系统数据分为地理空间数据和税户属性数据，均采用Oracle数据 库存储，并通过编程实现税户空间数据和税户属性数据的无缝连接。 将地理空间数据集成到税源管理系统中，可以对税户进行空间查 询，显示税户所在的地理位置，快速获得税户相关信息。系统采用了空 间分析和税源图表统计，提高了税源管理的直观性、可视性。 最后本文对项目中有待改进的地方提出了建议，并对项目未来的发 展方向进行了探讨。 关键词：组件GIS，税源管理，Oracle，ArcSDE AbstractAlong Abstract Along with the development of computer technology，the level of tax affairs informationization is in the constantly raise and the informationization of tax affairs management has become an irreversible international trend．At present，the majority of tax collection and management information system has realized electronic of the tax collection and management to a certain extent，and increase the efficiency of the collection and management relatively，but these mostly store data in the form of Forms，with the problem of no intuitiveness and poor visibility， besides，the household taxpayers in precinct and ratepaying can not be known intuitively，and the data can not be managed and analyzed effectively． In order to raise the working efficiency，further adapt to the need of the development of tax affairs work and the management of tax source，the tax source management system based on GIS has been developed． The GIS technology based on COM is applied to the tax SOLlrce management system in this paper，it realizes the graphical management of the tax source information．Also，the COM technology and GIS based on COM is introduced with emphasis，and the comparison to several GIS development way is carried on．Then the general framework of system，the functional design and the database design are elaborated，fi
