华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 摘要 配电网作为电力系统重要的一环，其信息通信对电网安全生产起到 极大影响，对配电网通信网络的规划工作是保障信息通信工作的基础。 本文通过对大同配电网通信当前现状分析，对大同配电网通信系统进行 了分层次网络技术改造，为大同配电网通信系统的建设实施提供理论依 据。 本文基于大同配电网当前现状和其通信网络情况，对大同配电网通 信网络提出响应改造方案。通过分析配电网规划的作用，讨论了目前配 电陲通信规划的研究情况，给出了大同配电网通信系统的规划设计原则。 其次，详细分析了大同配电网通信系统现状，给出了新建的大同配电网 管理系统的组成和主要功能，并通过分析配电网通信系统的建设任务， 明确了大同配电网整体建设目标，在其基础上，本文总结了大同配电网 自动化相关结构。此外，参考配电网通信系统的业务需求分析和配电网 通信系统流量预测及通信带宽估算，综合分析了各种主流通信传输技术 的经济性，并最终给出了适合大同配电网各传输层的通信方式。 通过上述分析，本文给出了大同配电网通信系统的具体结构和组网 方案，并对每个节点的具体功能做详尽描述，给出了配电网终端配置方 案，为下一步全面建成大同配电网通信系统提供一定的理论参考。最后， 本文详细给出了大同配电网自动化系统安全分区，讨论了大同配电网安 全分区的逻辑结构和信息交互总线安全防护原则，最终给出了大同配电 网自动化系统安全防护方案。 关键词：通信系统；管理系统；需求分析；流量预测 万方数据 华北电力大学硕士学位论文Abstract 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Communication network planning and research is the main purpose of distribution network，combined with the functional requirements of Datong distribution network，grid size，communication and computer technology， the current development status，to achieve fl hierarchical netwofk transformation，then providing a theoretical basis and implementation for the construction of Datong distribution network communications system． In the content distribution network communication system’S planning to transfoITll distribution network communications of Datong．The main conclusions and results are as follows：Firstly，the paper reviews the significance of distribution network communications’planning for the construction of distribution network，the planning and design principles given in distribution network communication system of Datong．Secondly， a detailed analysis of the current situation of distribution network communication system of Datong， given the composition and the main features of distribution network management system． Analyzing distribution network communication system’S construction tasks, given the overall development goals for distribution network of Datong．Again， this paper analyzes distribution network communication system according to the communication needs，traffic prediction and c
