A psychiatric liaison consultation center was set up which condense the resources of the psychiatric experts in Beijing to provide high level professional technical support. Psychiatric departments are set up in all community medical institutions within the jurisdiction to provide convenient and accessible psychiatric services for patients and to promote the training of community mental health professionals. 【Key words 】 Mental health； Psychiatry
