城市旧区空间结构更新过程研究——以咸阳城市旧区更新为例 城市旧区空间结构更新过程研究 ——以咸阳城市旧区更新为例 专 业：城市规划与设计 研究生：张震宁 指导教师：周庆华 摘要 近年来，由于我国城市经济的迅速发展，使得城市原有功能结构和物质设施 不能适应时代需要，因此城市旧区的更新与改造就成为我国城市发展中所面临的 一个重要课题。本文针对我国城市旧区更新的现状和问题，从城市的空间结构及 其形态入手，对国内外城市旧区空间结构的更新与发展进行比较，总结出城市旧 区空间结构的更新过程。 文章以城市空间结构的深层要素为出发点，结合经济学、社会学、生态学、 历史学等多学科的交叉，运用调查、类比和实例分析的方法，分别从自然环境和 社会环境两方面来系统分析城市旧区演化与更新的过程特点。 文章还以实例分析的方法对咸阳城市旧区空间结构进行系统地分析，从传统 民居改造到街坊再到整个城区，按不同的规模分析了咸阳城市旧区的空间结构更 新。力图探索出城市旧区空间结构的演化机制，既更新的过程，为城市旧区的更 新实践提供参考。 关键词： 旧区空间结构更新过程 论文类型：应用基础 STUDY STUDY oN PENEWAL PRoCESS oF SPACE STRUCTURE IN URBAN oLD AREA Specialty：Urban Planning and Urban Design Name： Zhang ZhenYU Instructor：Zhou qinghua ABSTRACT In recent years，the function and construction of the city could not adapt to the possession in our country course of the economics developed rapidly，SO the renew and refom 0f the old area in the city became an important discussion during the growing of the city in Our country．This dissertation is based on the present condition and the problem in the old area of our countries，commenced from the city’S space construction and 1ts appearance，proceed comparison the renewal and the development of the old area space in domestic and jntemational city,and investigate the renewal process ofthe space construction in the old area ofcity． This thesis is regarding the main factor ofthe citys space construction as the point ofdeparture，crossed economics，sociology，ecology，history etc．，with the method ofinvestigate，type ratio and example to analyse the process ofevolvement and renewal of恤e old area in the city in nature environment and sociaI milieu both side． In t11e mean while，也e article proceeds to systematically analyze to t醣space construction ofXianYang，Analyzed the renewal ofthe space construction in the old area ofXianYang in different scale for traditional house，nei曲bors and whole city area．Effort to investigate the evolving mechanism ofthe space conslauction ofthe old area in city，is also morc recent process，for practicing as well． Keywords：
