PAGE PAGE 1 题 目 宁波纺织品服装出口所面临的问题与对策 英文题目 The facing Problems and Countermeasures of Ningbo’s Textile and Clothing Export 院 系 商学院 专 业 国际经济与贸易 姓 名 叶森焰 年 级 2004级 指导教师 王礼燕 二零零八年五月 宁波纺织品服装出口所面临的问题与对策 摘 要 纺织品服装业是宁波的传统支柱产业，近年来宁波纺织品服装出口面临着新的形势。通过分析得出宁波纺织品服装出口具有市场多元化，发展体现出不均衡，一般贸易方式出口占绝对主导地位，私营企业是出口的主力军等特点。从中也发现存在的各种问题，如各种贸易壁垒不断涌现，出口的竞争优势在不断丧失，集群的系统功能不完备，产品结构不合理，纺织品服装行业的竞争更为激烈。由此得出促进宁波纺织品服装出口的措施：健全环保认证制度，不断开辟新市场，实行多元化道路，充分发挥政府与行业协会的作用，调整产品结构，实现产品的技术升级，发挥创新思维，打造国际品牌。 【关键词】纺织品 服装 出口 问题 对策 ABSTRACT Textile and clothing export is a traditional pillar industry in Ningbo.In recent years, Ningbo’s textile and clothing export is facing a new situation. By analyzing Ningbo’s textile and clothing export,we can conclude that the market is diversified, the development do not reflect a balanced condition, the general trade export account for absolutely dominant position, export of private enterprises is the main force and many other characteristics.We also have found various problems in it, such as the existence of trade barriers that continue to emerge, the missing export competitive advantage, incomplete cluster system function,irrational product structure and more fierce competition in textile and clothing industry.
