普通高校体育教育个性化发展研究 摘要：教育个性化成为培养适应现代社会发展创新人才的新理念，引起世各国教育的高度关注。人们逐渐认同了“最好的教育是使学生得到最大发展的教育”，使每个学生最大程度地进步是教育的使命，也是教育改革的发展方向。必然影响着高校体育教育的个性化发展。因此，为了深化我国普通高校体育教育改革，推进体育教育个性化发展进程。我们以普通高校体育教育为研究对象，通过调查研究和文献资料方法，对普通高校体育教育个性化发展现状、发展思路、实践策略等问题进行研究。结果表明：普通高校体育教育个性化发展现状是：在体育教育思想的认识上差异性较大，对体育教育个性化含义的认识，多数人还不大清楚。高校体育教育特色化建设不明显，体育教学实践个性化特征不显著，师生参与体育教学活动的主动性、创新性表现不够积极等等。加强普通高校体育教育个性化发展的思路是：首先要坚持走高校体育教育特色化与创新之路。办出具有本校特色的体育教育，是我国教育发展的主要趋势，也是建设具有中国特色社会主义的体现和发展要求。其次要坚持实施体育教学个性化与创新改革。再次要坚持体育教育促进学生个性的充分发展和人格完善为价值取向和目标选择。 关键词：普通高校；体育教育；个性化；发展；研究  Study on the Individualized Development of Physical Education in General Colleges and Universities Abstract：The individualized education has become a new idea of fostering creative talents who can adapt to the development of modern society．This idea has attracted a high attention in the feld of education all the world．People gradually identify with the idea that the best education is the one that enable to develop to the greatest extent.It is the misson for education to help every students make the greatest progree,and it is also a direction toward whichi education reform develop.The notion will definitely influence the individualized development of higherer physical education．Therefore，in order to deepen the reform of physical education and promote the process of individualized development in general colleges and universities of our country，we have taken a research object and have done researches on the status quo，train of thought and strategies of the individualized physical education by means of investigation ,research and literature．The result shows there exists a big difference in understanding the concept of individualized physical education．Most people are still not clear about the meaning of individualized physical education.
