The effect of polyether silicone oil dosage on the mechanical and shape memory properties of PU is investigated. The results show that the heat resistance，mechanical and shape memory properties of PU have been improved by the addition of polyether silicone oil. When the amount of polyether silicone oil is 6 phr ，the tensile strength and tensile strain at break of the modified PU reach 33.0 MPa ，724%，and the system takes 120 seconds to return to 150°，which increase by 13.4%，9.8%，48.9% respectively compared with the PU without adding the polyether silicone oil.
