中国石油大学（华东） 硕士学位论文 安永线安全经济运行方案研究 姓名：吴玉琰 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：石油与天然气工程 指导教师：安家荣；王高庄 201205 摘 摘 要 在对安永线原油外输管线现状调查和运行参数收集的基础上，研究了安永线原油的 在郝家坪站运行投产和盘龙站停输后，每段管线内原油流变特性，分析了管线的总传热 系数和当量管径。利用热油管线停输再启动过程模拟软件为安永线建立完整的稳态仿真 模型。根据多次对安永线全线停输进行停输再启动模拟，计算出安永线各站最低运行温 度，制定出安永线安全经济运行方案，并计算出该最低运行温度下的最长停输时间。分 析了不同季节不同月份经济运行方案和停输时间的变化。 其次，在安永线最低输油温度和停输再启动过程分析基础上，对安永线安全经济运 行方案方案进行了效益分析计算，将整个理论和计算分析过程转化为实际效益体现出 来，证明安永线安全经济运行方案在实际应用中安全运行的前提下实现节能降耗。 最后，根据安永线安全经济运行方案结果，对安永线进行了沐浴停输、沐浴一井家 坪停输、中山川停输、子长停输和全线停输五种停输再启动过程模拟，并分析各种停输 过程停输管线内温降变化和其停输后对其他管线内温度的影响。找出安永线停输再启动 过程温降变化规律，按照不同停输工况和不同季节进行了对比分析。又在安永线全线停 输基础上分析了安永线每条管线停输过程和再启动过程的压力变化。 关键词：热油管道，安全经济，停输，再启动 Study Study on Safe and Economic Operating program of An—Yong Crude Oil Pipeline Wu Yuyan(Petroleum and Nature Gas Engineering) Directed by Associated Professor An Jiarong Abstract On the basis of investigation and the collection of operating parameters on the An-Yong crude oil pipeline，rheology of the crude oil was discussed，overall heat transfer coefficient and equivalent diameters of each pipe was analysed after Haojiaping pumping station put into use and Panlong pumping station stopped running．A complete steady-state simulation model was built using shutdown and restart simulation software．The lowest operating temperature and the longest shutdown time under this temperature of each pumping station was calculated， the safe and economic operating program Was formulated after the shutdown-restart simulation on the whole pipeline．Analysis was made on the variant of the safe and economic operating program and shutdown time in different seasons． Secondly,the benefit calculation on the safe and economic operating program was made on the basis of the lowest transfer temperature and the analysis on the shutdown-restart process，the whole theory and calculation process Was reflected by the economic benefit， proved that the safe and economic operating program could achieve the goal to save energy and reduce the consumption． Finally,according to the safe and e
