A银行私人银行业务发展策略研究摘要 A银行私人银行业务发展策略研究 摘要 伴随着我国财富规模的快速积累，A银行私人银行业务自2007年开办以来实 现了井喷式发展。近年来，中国高净值人群的投资心态和理念更加成熟开放，在 投资理财方面的需求呈现复杂化特点，面对新的机遇与挑战，私人银行业务发展 策略研究也成为当前研究的热点问题。 本研究主要采用了文献研究、SWOT分析和问卷调查的研究方法。首先对私 人银行业务的概念和内容进行剖析，并阐述了相关的理论，在此基础上分析A银 行私人银行业务的业务规模、服务模式、组织架构，之后选取A银行某一私人银 行中心开展问卷调查，得出：家族财富传承和全球资产配置成为样本高净值客户 凸显出来的两大财富目标。接下来对A银行发展私人银行业务进行SWOT分析， 得出：A银行具有良好的品牌优势、广泛的客户基础、可观的理财产品发行数量、 庞大的资产管理规模等明显的竞争优势，同时也有营业网点少、缺乏高端的专业人 才、产品和服务缺乏深度、海外经验不足等劣势，A银行应抓住中国财富规模增 长、互联网科技迅速发展等机遇，努力提升其私银业务的综合竞争力；最后根据 以上分析结果，对A银行私人银行业务的进一步发展提出了四项发展策略：一是 因地制宜加速网点布局，二是建设专家型人才队伍，三是打造互联网思维，四是 积极推进家族信托业务。 关键词：A银行；私人银行；SWOT分析；发展策略 万方数据 专业硕士学位论文Abstract 专业硕士学位论文 Abstract With the rapid accumulation of Chinese wealth scale，A bank private banking business has achieved a blowout development since 2007．In recent years，sense of financial management of high net worth people are more mature and open，they have complexed financial demands，in the face of new opportunities and challenges，private banking business development strategy research has become a hot issue． The thesis mainly uses the literature researchmethod，the SWOT analysis and the questionnaire survey method．Firstly，it introduces the concept and contents of the private banking business，and expounds the related theory，and then analysis the business scale，service mode，organization structure of A bank’S private banking business．After that，choose one branch of A bank’S private banking center to conduct a questionnaire survey．It is concluded that the family wealth inheritance and global asset allocation are two prominent wealth goals of sample high net worth clients． Then the thesis makes SWOT analysis of A bank’S private banking business，it is concluded that A bank has good advantages of extensive customer base，the issuance of financial products，large scale of asset management，but it also has weakness，such as lack of professional team，lack of overseas experience，A bank should seize the growth of Chinese wealth scale，the rapid development of Internet technology
