城市街道景观整治中沿街建筑立面改造的设计方法研究摘要 城市街道景观整治中沿街建筑立面改造的设计方法研究 摘要 我国城市发展在经历了上世纪90年代开始的城市空间急剧扩张阶段后， 城市不断扩大，道路和街道的景观质量也在不断的下降，许多街道景观和风貌 在急剧增长的建设和交通需要中遭到破坏，失去了原有的街道特色。随着人们 对景观环境认识的不断提高和城市现代化发展以及城市经济实力的提高，目前 许多城市已经转入城市环境整治的阶段，全国各大中城市纷纷进行“城市街道 景观整治’’的活动。 本文试图以街道美学和街道构成的理论分析在城市街道景观整治中对建 筑立面的整治与改造对于街道景观所产生的影响，对其可行性的原则和方法进 行探讨和研究。 主要由探讨城市街道景观要素构成及构成规律从而引出城市道路景观和 沿街建筑之间的关系；从街道景观美学的角度分析近年合肥市景观整治案例， 并在具有代表性的5条街道景观整治的案例中，通过对建筑立面改造的策略方 法与改造效果的对比，探寻其成功和不足之处；结合我国城市及国外城市街道 整治中的改造策略和设计理念，探寻城市街道景观整治中建筑立面改造方法及 其设计原则。 关键词：街道整治；沿街建筑；改造；街道美学 The The Ideas about Reforming Design of the Building Facade During Landscape Renovation of Urban Streets ABSTRACT In the beginning of the 1 990’S，the urban development in China iS in the rapid expansion of space．The city expanded，however the quality of landscape in urban streets has also been a decline．The original characteristics of the street have been lost because of the rapid growth in the construction and the need of transportation． As people’S improving environmental awareness and the development of urban economic，now many cities have been transferred to the stage of urban environmental improvement．The maj or cities in many countries started a landscape renovation of urban streets． This paper attempts to constitute the relations between urban street landscape and street architecture through elements of urban street landscape composition and structure rules．In the analysis of 5 representative examples in Hefei’S landscape renovation of street from the perspective of the street landscape aesthetics，try to explore its successes and shortcomings by the comparison building facade reconstruction methods with transformation effects．Try to find the ideas about reforming design of the building facade during landscape renovation of urban streets combining landscape renovation of home and abroad． Keywords-Landscape renovation of streets；Street architecture； Reform；Aesthetic streetscape 表格清单表4-1市区景观整治在建情况汇总表(截至2009．5．7) 表格清单 表4-1市区景观整治在建情况汇总表(截至2009．5．7) 24 来源：合肥市规
