THE THE RESEA。RCH OF F I NANC I AL MEASURES TO PROMOTE GUANGX I-ASEAN TRADE FACILITATl0N ABSTRACT Nowadays trade facilitation，a new and hot question for study，is discussed by more and more scholars from different fields．The further research the development and the theory of this question lead to the right way to realize trade facilitation，and benefits the trade of country region greatly．Since being put forward，the concept of trade facilitation has attracted lots of attentions of scholars from different domains and induced them to explore further,making this notion universalized and developing and on．Witll the establishment of CAFTA and the launch of its upgrading，customs duty rate in this drops heavily,making it difficult for the traditional method to increase the trade and investment among members of CAFTA by deprecating tariff．Hence，trade facilitation，as new means to improve the bilateral trade volume，has become the research focus recently．Researching the demands and the influencing factors of the trade facilitation between Guangxi and Asean puts up new platform for CAFTAs trade facilitation at the level of financial factors．By doing SO，the active affections of financial factors in promoting China—Asean cooperation is enhanced，and the integration of the and powers relating to Guangxi and Asean is improved greatly, progressing the mutual development and win—win cooperation between the two sides．In addition，with the strategic plan of OBAOR(One Belt And One Road)being put forward， Asean will be emphasized by China according to her strategy of opening to the surroundings， making it necessary for all works of life to pay high attentions to its economic and trade cooperation with Guangxi．This plan offers Guangxi important task-一building great international route connecting Asean countries，creating new strategical pivot for the opening and development in middle—of south and southwest，and forming pivotal gateway linking Maritime Silk Road with Silk Road Economic Belt，by
