Currently, compared with obvious advantages of traditional investigation, artificial intelligence investigation is confronted with practical and theoretical dilemmas such as poor integration, insufficient guidance function, lack of attention on basic work, absence of laws and regulations, invisible inflation of investigation power and intensifying conflict between “right” and “power”.
