摘 要 网络计划是借助于网络表示各项工作和所需时间，以及各项工作之间关系的一种技术。网络计划技术是一项科学的施工管理思想、方法和手段，它的应用不仅是一个技术问题，还涉及到项目管理体制和同项目有关的单位、个人等多方面的因素。施工企业网络技术应用水平的提高，除了要尽快规范建筑管理体制，并制定有效的措施提高企业应用网络技术的积极性之外，更重要的是企业自身要提高市场竞争力，而工程人员要通过全面实施网络技术来促进企业的管理水平.在经过网络分析以后，要研究的是工程费用与工期之间的相互关系，并且要找出在编制计划以及在计划执行过程中的关键路线。本人通过对东莞桥头项目开工设计和前期工作进行实例考证,对楼盘开发的最优工期计划进行研究。通过网络计划得出关键线路，再经过关键线路的计算得出总工期的时间。然后对网络计划进行时间优化，计算这个工程项目能够缩短的工期时间及增加的费用，得出最短工期。 关键词：网络计划技术；网络图；关键线路；网络计划优化 Abstract Internet plan is a technique that demonstrates each task, the needed time, and the relations between different tasks, with the help of internet. Network program technique is a scientific and systematic device which is applied to construction management. It’s not only a matter of technique, but also involves the systems of project management, the corporation and the staff of the project, etc. In order to improve network technology of constructional corporation, effective measures need to be taken to boost the initiative of developing corporation network technology and to perfect the construction management systems. More importantly, the corporation is required to enhance its own market competitiveness, and the staff are urged to utilize widely network technology so as to promote the management level of the corporation. Through online analysis, people can gain a clue of the relationship between engineering cost and time limit for a project. It can be used to find out the key routine of executing the plan.
