苏州大学本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 54 摘要 本文以第四方物流理论、供应链管理理论为理论依据，结合目前国内外第四方物流研究现状，对第四方物流供应商进行了相关分析，进而提出了第四方物流供应商的选择评价指标体系和方法，具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。本文详细介绍了适用于第四方物流供应商选择评价的方法，包括招标法、数据包络分析、层次分析法、模糊综合评价、灰色关联度分析法，并重点分析了一种结合数据包络分析和层次分析法的选择评价方法，该方法用数据包络分析来确定各评价指标的权重，用层次分析法来对第四方物流服务商进行评价选择，并且结合算例验证了该方法的有效性，取得了较好的效果。 关键词：第四方物流，第四方物流供应商，数据包络分析，层次分析法 Abstract This article Based on the theory of the fourth party logistics and supply chain management theory as the theoretical base, combines the fourth party logistics present situation both at home and abroad, and analyses the fourth party logistics supplier and the correlation. Based on those this article put forward the fourth party logistics supplier selection evaluation index system and method. it has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper introduces the applicable to the fourth party logistics supplier selection, evaluation method, including method of bidding, data envelopment analyses(DEA), analytic hierarchy process(AHP), fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, gray correlation analysis method(GRAP). It also gives a method combined with data envelopment analysis and the method of AHP to choice the fourth party logistics. This method determines the weight of every evaluation index in data envelopment analysis and evaluates the choice with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to the fourth party logistics service providers. It combines with examples demonstrate the efficiency of this method, and good results have been achieved. Key words：the fourth party logistics, the fourth party logistics provider, DEA, AHP 引言 1.1 问题的提出 一直以来物流活动存在于经济活动的过程中，随着经济全球化的今天，现代物流已经越来越受到社会各界的普遍重视。 因此，随着经济全球化的今天以及物流行业的迅猛发展，必须有人来管理与第三方物流供应商的关系。可是，管理的位置应该由谁来担当呢?是顾客、第三方还是其他？于是第四方物流供应商就应运而生。2002年12月19日，深圳市首家第四方物流公司——新产业综合物流股份有限公司成立。此前11月1日，由美的集团威尚公司控股的第三方物流公司安得物流正式成立了其第四方物流公司——广州安得供应链技术有限公司。据称，这是广东首家第四方物流公司，也是国内第一家由第三方物流直接转型而成的第四方物流公司。目前，珠海、北京、杭州等地也有一批企业开展第四方物流业务。由此可见，第四方物流已经成为一个新兴的物流行业热点。 从当前市场上来看，已有一部分外资企业正在同中国的企业合作开展第四方物流的相关
