第xx 卷第x 期 系统工 程 学 报 Vol.xx No.x xxxx 年xx 月 JOURNAL OF SYSTEMS ENGINEERING xxxx xxxx 基于三级供应链的银行贷款决策研究 周 建, 张 卉 (上海大学管理学院, 上海200444) 摘要: 在充分考虑应收账款质押融资模式和存货质押融资模式结合时产生的相互作用的前提下, 本文构建了基于 供应链金融的三级供应链银行贷款决策模型, 并进一步仿真分析了部分变量与回购率和回购价格的关系, 为银行协 商制定适当的回购率和回购价格提供参考. 结果表明: 由供应链各参与方共同影响的银行贷款决策在现实生活中 具有合理性和可操作性; 存在适当的回购率和回购价格可以使银行在风险可控的情况下实现利润最大化; 上下游 中小企业由资金缺乏状态转换成盈利状态, 有效缓解了其融资困境. 关键词: 供应链金融; 三级供应链; 应收账款质押融资; 存货质押融资; 混合融资模式 中图分类号: F830 文献标识码: A 文章编号:xxxx)0x000000 Study of lending decisions of bank based on three-level supply chain Zhou Jian, Zhang Hui (School of Management, Shanghai University, Shanghai 200444, China) Abstract: On the premise of fully considering the interaction of the account receivables finance pledged model and inventory financing model, this paper constructs a three-stage supply chain decision model for bank based on supply chain finance, and further analyzes the relationships among some variables and repurchase rate, repurchase price, which provided the reference for the bank. Research results have showed that: i) the bank lending decisions jointly influenced by supply chain actors are actionable and reasonable in real life; ii) there exist the appropriate repurchase rate and repurchase price to allow bank to maximize profits in the case of risk control; iii) the small and medium-sized enterprises in the upstream and downstream transforming from the lack of funds into the profit status, can alleviate the financing difficulties availably.
