PAGE PAGE IV 浅析企业财务风险的预警和防范 摘 要 市场经济条件下,每个企业都面临着无处不在、无时不在的风险,财务风险作为一种客观存在的经济风险贯穿于企业各个财务环节,是各种风险因素在企业财务上的集中体现。企业经营者需要进行经常性财务分析，防范财务危机。在市场经济条件下，财务风险是客观存在的，要完全消除风险及影响是不现实的。但只要了解风险的来源和特征，正确预测、衡量和控制财务风险，就可能将损失降低至最低程度，为企业创造最大的收益。本文系统的分析了企业财务风险的成因，结合当前企业财务环境的特点，提出了一系列预警和防范企业财务风险的举措。从我国目前的经济情况着手，认真研究我国的风险管理现状，完善现有的财务风险管理制度，有效提高我国企业财务风险的控制水平。这也是提升企业内在价值，促进企业健康、稳定发展，是企业赢得竞争优势的关键所在。 关键词：财务风险 财务分析 风险预警 风险防范 风险控制 ABSTRACT Under market economy conditions, enterprises are faced with the ubiquitous, ever-present risk; financial risk as an objective economic risk throughout the enterprise in various financial aspects of a variety of risk factors reflects the focus on corporate finance. Business operators need to recurring financial analysis, to prevent the financial crisis. Under market economy conditions, the financial risk is an objective to completely eliminate the risks and impacts is unrealistic. But if we can understand the sources and characteristics of the risk, correctly predict, measure and control the financial risks, it is possible to reduce losses to a minimum, create the greatest benefits to the enterprise. The paper systematically analyzes the causes of corporate financial risk, combined with the current financial environment characterized by a series of initiatives of the early warning and prevention of corporate financial risk. Proceed from Chinas current economic situation, carefully study the risk management status, and improve the existing financial risk management systems, improve the level of control of our financial risk. It is also to enhance the intrinsic value of enterprises, encourage enterprises to health, stability; development is the key for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.
