ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Broadband microwave receiver front-end is the key component of broadband microwave communication system. Broadband microwave receiver front-end is widely used in radar detection, UAV reconnaissance, satellite communication, electronic countermeasure, tactical weapon guidance, microwave measurement, civilian radio communication and other fields. Multi-channel technology is generally used in the design of broadband microwave receiver front-end. First, bandwidth is divided into several channels, and then down-conversion or up-conversion will be done. Interference frequency can be suppressed more easily using this method. Finally, a low IF signal can be demodulated. At first, the overall program was designed according to the overall target. The program was down-conversion after up-conversion. The target was divided into three parts, which are a DC~6GHz low-pass filter, a 2~6GHz broadband low noise amplifier and a broadband mixer. The indicators of the three microwave modules are determined.
