一、任务型阅读 The most important thing you should know about the high jump is not to give up. You will be successful only by practicing. All your friends will be amazed at your performance. With a lot of hard work you can improve your jumps. The first suggestion you should keep in mind is using a longer approach (助跑). This may cause the most common mistakes.
