大肠癌术中植入氟尿嘧啶缓释剂安全性及其临床疗效的研究.PDF

· 3 7 0 · 中华普通外科学文献（电子版）2013 年 10 月第 7 卷第 5 期 Chin Arch Gen Surg（Electronic Edition)，October 2013，Vol.7，No.5 ·论著 · 大肠癌术 中植入氟尿嘧啶缓释剂安全性 及其临床疗效 的研究 林志东　毛盛名　卜巨源　邹劲林 　　 【摘要】　目的　探讨大肠癌术 中植入氟尿嘧啶 （5-Fu ）缓释剂 的安全性及其临床疗效 。方 法　 158 例直肠癌患者被 随机分为 A （植入组 ）、B （腹腔灌注组 ）和 C （对照组 ）3 组 ，A 组采 用手术 ＋术 中腹腔植入氟尿嘧啶缓释剂 ；B 组采用手术 ＋腹腔热灌注化疗 ；C 组采用传统手术 ＋ 化疗 。比较 3 组术后并发症和首次化疗毒性反应 以及 3 组 2、5 年生存率 。结果　A 组和 B 组并发 症相当，对骨髓抑制和肝脏功能损害较 C 组轻 ；无论在 2 年还是 5 年无瘤生存率和总生存率 A 和 B 组差异无统计学意义 ，但是 2 年无病生存率均较 C 组高 ，差异具有统计学意义 （P ＜0.05 ）； 3 组在 2 年生存率 、5 年总无瘤生存率和 5 年总生存率均差异无统计学意义 。结论　大肠癌术 中植 入氟尿嘧啶缓释剂安全可靠 ，能降低 2 年复发率 ，但并不能提高近期和远期生存率 。 　　【关键词】　结直肠癌 ；氟尿嘧啶；药物治疗 ；手术 Safety and its clinical curative effect of intra abdominal implantation of sustained releasing fluorouracil in patients with colorectal cancer LIN Zhi-dong, MAO Sheng-ming, BU Ju-yuan, ZOU Jin-lin. *Department of General Surgery, the Fifth Affiliated Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University, zhuhai 519000, China Corresponding author:ZOU Jin-lin, Email: maoshm521@ 　　 　To study the safety and its clinical curative effect of intra abdominal 【Abstract】　Objective implantation of sustained releasing fluorouracil.
