1摘要 1 摘要 Abstract Taking Fuzhou development zones as art example，this paper,based on the research above the land use level，system coordination degree and potential degree， systematically clarified the relationship between development zones and urban structure evolution from 3 aspects as follows：the economic，social and Spatial urban structure．The results showed that：(1)11圮level of land use is different in Fuzhou development zones，and there were big variations in national development zones and little change in provincial development zones；(2)The coordination degree ofnational development zones was higller,the land USe system was optimal，and the potential Was small，while the degree of coordination was poor in the provincial development zones，which had a larger tap potential．And the correlation between land use coordination degree and the land USe intensity Was positive； (3)The development zones promoted the development of overall economic growth,accelerated industrial upgrading,formed 6 industrial clusters，pushed forward‘’opulation suburbanization’ and advanced the population growth in urban employment．The development zones also promoted the urban space expansion,caused a change in urban form，improved the urban tra衔C network and promoted the formation of the newⅢb锄a托a：(4)From 1 988 to 2008，the Fuzhou urban spatial expansion showed the feature of‘eastward expansion,west move,south extension’．The speed and intensity of the expansion of construction land showed a“fast expansion-the slow expansion-high speed expansion’characteristics，the focus of migration rate reflected the‘slow decrease-slow increase-rapid growth”characteristics，and the change of gravity center showed the tendency of“southeast·south-northwest-southwest．Last but not least,the cooperation mechanism of the relationship between urban evolution and the development zones was approached based on the research above．． Keywords：Development zone；Land USe；Evolution ofurban鳓ffucture；Coordination mechanism)Fuzhou Cit
