玉林市社区护理人员在岗工作情况研究 doi： 10. 3969/j. issn. 1007-614x. 2014. 3. 94 摘要目的：了解社区护理人员在岗工作情况，为社区 护士的培养及政府机构制定社区相关政策提供参考。方法： 采用自行设计的调查问卷，从玉林市玉州区9个社区卫生服 务中心获得护士执业资格的社区护士中，以单纯随机抽样的 方法抽取100名社区护理人员进行调查，并访谈9个社区卫 生服务中心护士长。结果：社区护理人员学历偏低、工作经 验有限、培训体系不合理、心理压力大、环境差待遇低导致 人员短缺，宣传不足、政策配套滞后是社区护理的主要问题。 结论：调整培训体系，落实配套措施，改善工作环境，加大 社区护理宣传等，以便促进社区护理健康有序地发展。 关键词社区护理在岗工作情况分析 A Survey and Analysis on Community Nurses Current Work Status in Yulin Community Tu Wenxu, Huang Aisong, Chen Tingyi, Li Chongwu Yulin City Health School of Guangxi, 537000 Abstract Objective： To investigate the current work status of community nursing , to explore community nurses main problems , and to provide scientific references for developing relevant policies of community nursing and the training of community nurses .Methods： 100 community nurses who were slected by the method of simple random sampl ing from 9 comm unity health service centers in Yuzhou District of Yulin City among the nurses with nurse practicing qualification were surveyed by self-designed questiorm aire?We interviewed head nurses of the 9 community hea1th service centers? Conclusion： In order to promote the development of community nursing, we must do some things, such as adjusting the training system, implementing supporting measures, improving the working environment, increasing the propaganda of community nursing and so on.
