中国政法大学硕士学位论文 MZ银行承兑汇票贴现业务的风险研究 STYLEREF 标题 1 \* MERGEFORMAT 第五章 结论与展望 PAGE 32 PAGE 31 论文编号： MZ银行承兑汇票贴现业务的风险研究 中国政法大学研究生院 二○一五年三月 MZ银行承兑汇票贴现业务的风险研究 摘 要 近几年，随着我国加快利率市场化的发展进程，同时受到互联网金融企业的竞争，银行在传统业务上的利润已经越来越低，这就要求银行开发新的业务，从而提升利润。而票据业务作为银行拓展业务收入的渠道，已变得尤为重要。对企业而言，当前银行承兑汇票业务已成为了企业在结算时选择的重要工具之一，但与此同时，在办理承兑汇票贴现业务时，却存在着一定的风险。目前，国内各家商业银行对承兑汇票贴现业务的风险认识和管理都存在着一定的不足。 在此背景之下，本论文从MZ银行票据业务内部管理存在的问题入手，对银行承兑汇票贴现业务的操作控制流程和制度管理做了必要的研究。本文运用了案例分析法、调查研究法、文献研究法，对MZ银行承兑汇票贴现业务的风险进行了深入研究。首先，分析了MZ银行承兑汇票贴现业务的研究背景和研究意义，其次，分析MZ银行承兑汇票贴现业务风险分类，主要包括：政策性风险、欺诈风险、操作风险、信用风险。并且还深入剖析了MZ银行承兑汇票贴现业务的风险成因，并提出了相应的防范改善措施。本文通过对MZ银行承兑汇票贴现业务的研究为示例，以期能对我国票据贴现业务的健康、长远发展提供思路。 [关键词]银行承兑汇票，贴现，风险研究 Research on the risk of bank acceptance bill discount business at Bank of MZ ABSTRACT In recent years, with the development of our country to speed up the marketization of interest rate process, from financial enterprise competition in the Internet at the same time, the bank profits on the traditional business has been more and more low, which requires the bank to develop new business, so as to boost profits.
