青岛理工大学工学硕士学位论文摘 青岛理工大学工学硕士学位论文 摘 要 在人性化受到普遍关注的社会大背景下，随着经济文化的发展和医学模式的 演进，医疗理念从以往的封闭型生物理念转变为复合的开放型人文理念。而研究 表明，医院的医疗效果直接受到病人心理和周围环境的影响，这一点已得到证实。 相应到医院建筑设计中，也从单纯的注重功能转变为对医疗环境的注重和医疗品 质的提高。 环境心理学是通过对环境和人的心理及行为的研究来指导并改善环境，使环 境与人的关系达到最适化，将其运用于医院内部环境的营造具有重要意义。 论文内容首先从医院发展中医学模式的演变分析了医疗环境的发展变化，提 出并倡导建立整体的医学环境。接着对环境心理学的相关理论做了分析，在现代 医疗环境中引入环境心理的设计概念。在论文的主体部分从环境心理学角度，运 用其相关理论分析论述了现代医院内部环境的营造；并在其后列举了具体的国内 外实例加以探讨。最后尝试性的从环境心理角度提出了适应于我国的医疗环境设 计发展的建议。 关键词：环境心理学心理行为 内部环境人性化 重里堡三查兰三耋堡圭耋堡堕圣Abstract 重里堡三查兰三耋堡圭耋堡堕圣 Abstract Under the background of humanization，along with the development of economics and culture and the evolution of medical pattern，medical treatment principle is changed from the former closing living creature principle to the reunite of the open humanities principle．The research points out the result of the treatment of disease directly is affected by the patient’s mental state and surroundings and this has been proved． Corresponding to the hospital building，it has turned from the pure consideration of function to the for its internal environment and the improvement of environment quality． Environment Psychology builds and improves environment throu【gh the study of environment and psychology and behaviors．It makes the relationship between human being and environment comfortable．So using Environment Psychology in the internal environment of hospital is of important meanings． The thesis firstly analyses the development of medical environment througll the evolution of medical treatment principle in the history of hospital and raises and advocatcs to build entire medical environment．Then it analyses the theory of Environment Psychology and lead the concept of the design of Environment Psychology into medical environment．In the main part of the thesis，using the concerned theory analyses and discusses the internal environment of hospital from the point of Environment Psychology．After this，the thesis discusses the cono．．rete hospital examples of domestic and abroad countries．
