PAGE PAGE 1 编号 20 编号 201006025 刊用形式 论著 卢 礼，张 萍, 周 燕, 汪 蕾，武海波，裘松波 (第三军医大学新桥医院口腔科，重庆，400037) ［摘要］ 目的 探讨牙科椅旁CEREC3D计算机辅助设计和制作技术（computer-aided design computer-aided manufacture，CAD/CAM）系统进行瓷嵌体、贴面和全冠修复的临床效果。方法 应用CEREC3D 系统为86例患者制作全瓷修复体，其中嵌体65颗，贴面46颗，全冠21颗。记录各修复体加工时间，并于修复后6、12个月按改良USPHS标准评价临床疗效。结果 修复体平均加工时间约15min，除1颗高嵌体、1颗全冠破损失败，1颗嵌体的舌侧部分牙体折断外，其余修复体无破损、松动、脱落，牙体无折断、劈裂和继发龋等不良现象。修复后6、12个月各项指标大都达到A级标准，2次评价结果无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论 椅旁CEREC3D系统近期修复效果好，用时短，为临床提供了一个独特的治疗方法。 ［关键词］ CEREC3D；计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制作；嵌体；贴面；全冠 ［中图法分类号］ ［文献标志码］ A Preliminary cClinical evaluation of CEREC3D CAD/CAM for ceramic restoration: report of 132 teeth Lu li, Zhang Ping, Zhou Yan, Wang Lei, Wu Haibo, Qiu Songbo (Department of Stomatology, Xinqiao Hospital, Third Military Medical University, Chongqing, 400037, China ) [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficiencyect of making inlay, veneer, and crown with CEREC3D computer-aided design computer-aided manufacture (CAD/CAM)CAD/CAM system.
