·1140 · 检验医学2018 年 12 月第33 卷第 12 期 Laboratory Medicine ，December 2018 ，Vol. 33 ，No. 12 文章编号 ：1673-8640 （2018 ）12-1140-04 中图分类号：R446.1 文献标志码 ：A DOI ：10.3969/j.issn.1673-8640.2018.12.019 上海市不同等级医院血常规检测结果一致性研究 诸佩超，王 青，宋 颖，许 蕾，缪颖波 （上海市临床检验中心，上海 200126 ） 摘要：目的 了解上海地区不同等级医院血常规检测结果的一致性，为血常规检测结果互认提供依据。 方法 将2个批号经弱固定处理的新鲜全血样本发放至不同等级医院临床实验室，要求每个批号样本重复测 定5次，对回报结果[白细胞（WBC ）计数、红细胞（RBC ）计数、血红蛋白（Hb ）、血细胞比容（HCT ）、 血小板（PLT ）计数]进行统计分析。结果 不同等级医院临床实验室2个批号样本WBC计数、RBC计数、 Hb 、HCT 、PLT计数变异系数分别为3.80% ～6.11% 、1.22% ～2.72% 、0.96% ～2.87% 、2.54% ～4.05% 、 3.21% ～7.25% 。结论 上海地区公立医院尤其是二级甲等以上医院临床实验室血常规检测结果总体上具有较 好的可比性和一致性。 关键词：血常规；可比性；一致性 Consistency of routine blood items results in different grades of hospitals in Shanghai ZHU Peichao ，WANG Qing，SONG Ying ，XU Lei ，MIAO Yingbo. （Shanghai Center for Clinical Laboratory ，Shanghai 200126，China） Abstract ：Objective To investigate the consistency of routine blood items results in different grades of hospitals in Shanghai. Methods Totally ，2 batches of weak fixed fresh whole blood samples were transported to clinical laboratories in different grades of hospitals as required. Each batch was required determining for 5 times. The results ，including the items of white blood cell （WBC ） count ，red blood cell （RBC ） count ，hemoglobin （Hb ），hematocrit （HCT ） and platelet （PLT ） count ，were analyzed statistically. Results The coefficients of variation of WBC count ，RBC count ，Hb ，HCT and PLT count were 3.80%-6.11% ，1.22%-2.72%，0.96%- 2.87% ，2.54%-4.05% and 3.21%-7.25% ，respectively. Conclusions The results of routine blood items of hospitals in Shanghai ，especially those of Grade 2 or above ，show good comparability and consistency. K
