ABSTRACT ABSTRACT As a professional communication engineering construction company, Deyang HS Network Technology co., LTD established the good relationship with many domestic companies and international companies. It is the leader in the industry of Deyang nowadays. However, with the growing agency personnel, the gradual expansion of the functions, the constantly increasing regulatory mandates, the existing performance management system cannot meet the needs of the present work. As the employees in the company, they should undertake the company’s policy and carry out the strategic target. Their performance directly influences the performance of the whole company. Thus, this article based on the modern enterprise human resources management theory to analyses the company which performance management has some existing problems and reasons deeply. In reference to the enterprise performance management system and methods, we present the improvement of the existing performance management system. Based on the company’s current performance appraisal method research, and accompanied by questionnaires, interviews and other forms, analyzing the existing problems in performance appraisal of the company ’s employees. Against the process of performance management, managers’ experience and the lack of scientific assessment index weight distribution, and so on, we completely understand the various departments’ responsibility requirements of the company.
