结肠癌中高表达delta Np63 基因和蛋白的临床意义

摘 要: 了解结肠癌组织中delta Np 63 基因和蛋白的表达情况, 探讨其表达变化的临床价值和意义. 采用RT鄄
PCR (reverse transcriptase鄄polymerase chain reaction) 的方法检测delta Np 63 基因的表达, Western blot 检测delta
Np63 蛋白的表达. 结肠癌组织中delta Np 63 基因和蛋白的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织(P0.05). 并且与肿瘤病
理分级和临床分期密切相关(P0.05). 这一结果提示delta Np 63 基因可能在结肠癌疾病进展中发挥重要作用.

The Clinical Value of delta Np63 Gene and Protein Overexpression
in Colon Cancer

Abstract ：To investigate the expression and significance of delta Np 63 in the colon cancer tissues, RT鄄PCR
method and Western blot analysis were used to detect the mRNA and protein expressions of delta Np 63. It ’s
revealed that the expression level of delta Np 63 in the colon cancer tissue is significantly higher than that in
the adjacent normal tissues (P0.05), which is associated with the cancer pathology classification and the
clinical stages (P0.05). These results indicate that delta Np 63 may play an important role in the develop鄄
ment of colon cancer.
