The ma ure sperma ozo on con ains w o par s: head and ail. The head comprised an acrosome and a nucleus. The slim- cone shaped acrosome is abo u 2 Lm in leng h . The con en in he acrosome is homogeneou s and highly elec ron- densed. The morphology of subacrosomal space w hich is f illed w i h highly elec ron- densed ma erials is similar o he shape of acrosome. The cylinder nucleus is abou 16 Lm in leng h .
