综述　　 雌激素和大豆异黄酮在细胞水平上对钙代谢的调节 吕　伶 　金邦荃 (南京师范大学 ,江苏 　南京 　2 10097) 摘 　要 :为了解雌激素和大豆异黄酮对钙代谢的影响 ,对雌激素和大豆异黄酮对小肠细胞钙吸收的影响和对成骨 细胞 、破骨细胞钙利用的影响等方面进行了综述 。 关键词 :钙 ; 雌激素类 ;黄豆 ;异黄酮类 Regulating Effect of Soybean Isoflavones on Calcium Metabolism ———Revie w of Recent Literature L Ling , J IN Bangquan (Nanj ing Normal Univercity , Jiangsu Nanj ing 2 10097 , China) Abstract : Calcium deficiency causes mobilization of calcium from bone and leads sooner or later to osteoporosis , that is to say a reduction in the amount of calcium in bone or decrease of apparent bone density. Recent studies showed that isoflavones prevent bone loss associated with ovarian hormone deficiency in women and animal models. This protective effect of isoflavones may be partly due to its estrogenlike ability regulating calcium absorption and bone metabolism. This paper reviewed the recent reports of such studies. Key word : Calcium ; Estrogens ; Soybeans ; Isoflavones 　　中老年人尤其是女性 , 随着年龄增长和更年期 宫内膜癌 、乳腺癌和阴道出血危险的可能[2 ,3 ] 。近年 的到来 ,卵巢功能逐渐衰退和雌激素水平下降 ,会导 来许多研究表明 ,大豆及大豆制品中的异黄酮对骨 致肠钙吸收减少和骨钙的释放大于骨钙的沉积 ,骨 质疏松症的发生有一定的预防作用[4 - 6 ] 。 量丢失 ,并发骨质疏松的可能性也随之增加[ 1] 。雌 大豆异黄酮由 12 种单体组成 ,主要有大豆甙元 ( ) ( ) ( ) 激素替代治疗 Estrogen replacement therapy , ERT 是 Daidzein 、染 料 木 黄 酮 Genistein 和 黄 豆 素 本症的重要治疗措施之一 。但是 ,用
