PAGE II 摘要 随着我国经济的高速发展，微电子技术、计算机技术和自动控制技术也到了迅速发展，交流变频调速技术已经进入一个崭新的时代，其应用越来越广。而电梯作为现代高层建筑的垂直交通工具，与人们的生活紧密相关，随着人们对其要求的提高，电梯得到了快速发展，其拖动技术已经发展到了调频调压调速，其逻辑控制也由可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)代替原来的继电器控制。本文在原有的控制系统基础上介绍了一种采用PLC和变频器控制的电梯控制系统，主要阐述了该系统中硬件和软件设计方法，用PLC控制变频器对继电器控制方式的电梯进行改造，采用PLC和变频器实现电梯常规控制的基础上。利用旋转编码器发生的脉冲信号通过电梯专用变频器的分频输出构成位置反馈，实现电梯的数字位移控制。通过PLC程序设计实现楼层记数、停车平层的精确控制及减速距离的任意设定，提高了系统的可靠性和平层精度，并改善了电梯运行的舒适感，使电梯达到了较为理想的控制效果。 关键词:可编程逻辑控制器(PLC) 变频器 电梯控制系统 Abstract Along with the rapid development of economy, microelectronics technology, computer technology and automatic control technology to rapid development, communication frequency control technology has come to a new era, the used more and more widely. And the lift, as the modern high-rise building vertical transportation, closely related with peoples life, along with the requirements of the people to improve, the elevator are growing rapidly, the technology has to drag FM pressure regulating speed regulation, the logic control also by PLC replace relay control. Based on the original control system is introduced based on a kind of adopting PLC and inverter control of elevator control system, mainly elaborated the system hardware and software design method, with programmable logic controller (PLC) to relay control frequency converter control mode of elevator transformed, adopting PLC and inverter realization of elevator conventional control basis. Use of rotary encoder happen pulse signal through the elevator inverter frequency output of points a position feedback, realize the displacement of the digital control. Through the PLC program design realize floor count, parking smooth layer is the precise control and slow down the distance of the set arbitrary, improve the reliability of system of peace precision, and improve the elevator running intimacy, make the elevator to the ideal control effect.
