This paper analyzes the social foundations of this process, and believes that the social ladder will replace while growing. By the physical model, the limits of the methodology based on steady-state are discovered. It shows that the process is in stagnation, not just increasing. This character is determined by the interactions among individuals and dynamic competition of technical innovations.
