分析喜炎平注射液不良反应发生的特点及防治措施 肖琳琳唐小军 泸州医学院附属医院药剂科，四川泸州646000 【摘要】目的：总结分析喜炎平注射液不良反应发牛的特点，并提出相应的 预防措施，为临床科学用药提供理论依据。方法：釆用回顾性分析方法对152 例因接受喜炎平注射液治疗发牛不良反应患者的资料进行总结分析，并根据不良 反应发牛的原因和特点提出相应的防治措施。结果：152例不良反应报告中，儿 童和老人是高发人群，分别占总数的41.4%和30.3%,不良反应报告中，以上呼 吸道感染、发热和支气管炎患者所占比例较多。发牛不良反应主要累及的器官和 系统主要有皮肤、呼吸系统以及消化系统，其临床表现主要有皮肤瘙痒、皮肤潮 红，出现皮疹，发牛血管神经性水肿等；结论:临床在使用喜炎平注射液时，应 加大监管力度、规范给药、对症治疗，落实防治措施，以降低喜炎平注射液不良 反应发牛率。 【关键词】喜炎平注射液；不良反应；防治措施 [Abstract] Objective： To summarize characteristics of Xiyanping injection adverse reaction analysis, and put forward the corresponding preventive measures, in order to provide a theoretical basis for science and clinical medicine. Methods： a retrospective an alysis of 152 cases because of the accepts nee of Xiyanpi ng in jection in treatment of patients with adverse reactions were analyzed, and according to the causes and characteristics of the adverse reactions occurred in the proposed the corresp on ding preve ntion and control measures. Results : 152 cases of adverse reactions, children and the elderly are high risk population, respectively, accounted for 41.4% and 30.3% of the total, adverse reaction reports, the proportion of patients with respiratory tract infections, fever and bronchitis. Adverse reactions mainly involving the organs and systems occurred mainly in the skin, respiratory system and digestive system, the clinical manifestations mainly skin itching, skin flushing, skin rash, angioneurotic edema occurred. Conclusion： clinical use of Xiyanping injection, and high supervision, standard for medicine, symptomatic treatment, the implementation of control measures, in order to reduce the incidenee of adverse reaction of Xiyanping injection.
