学校代码： 10128 学 号：200830712034 本科毕业论文 题 目: 包商银行信贷技术研究 学生 姓名: 杨森茗 学 院: 管理学院 系 别: 会计系 专 业: 财务管理 班 级： 财管08-2班 指导 教师： 长青教授 二O—二年六月 忖前，我国微小企业正在蓬勃发展，国家在法律法规上做出相应调整，为微小企 业贷款提供了更加宽广的平台，相对宽松的政策以及法律环境，加人了对微小企业的 扶持力度。同时我国银监会也积极鼓励商业银行转变发展战略，根据各行的实际情况, 积极主动的开展微小企业贷款业务。我国国家开发银行通过与世界银行，德国复兴信 贷银行等金融机构的密切交往，通过各种方式支持我国金融机构大力发展微小企业贷 款业务，并且指导它们进入微小企业贷款领域以此促进我国国民经济的发展，支援国 家经济建设。由于国家政策的大力支持以及学习引进了国外先进的微小金业的贷款技 术，解决我国微小企业融资难的痼疾已经不是没有可能，我坚信微小企业势必会迎来 融资的曙光，迎来发展的春天。 由于微小企业是我国就业的主耍渠道，所以研究微小企业的发展就更加具有现实 的意义，我国微小企业面临的最普遍的问题就是融资困难的问题，无论从外部融资还 是内部融资来说，由于微小企业发展不成熟，没有完善的财务体系，贷款成木和对较 高，风险大，收益小，担保能力和对较弱，所以我国大型股份制银行对于这些微小企 业往往不够重视，而其他支持微小企业的银行乂少之乂少，远远不能满足微小企业发 展的需要。所以本文以包商银行为例，因为其最早引入徳国IPC信贷技术，对于微小 信贷领域具有足够的经验以及成熟的技术。本文着重介绍微小企业以及我国微小企业 所而临的困境，以包商银行为例运用新的技术新的方式解决我国微小企业融资难的问 题，并且对于未来商业银行支持微小企业发展的战略有一些合理化的建议以及其在危 急中所面对的挑战有新的认识。 关键词：IPC信贷；微小企业；融资；包商银行 Abstract At present, our country small business is booming, the national laws and regulations to make the corresponding adjustment, small business loans to provide a more broad platform, the relatively relaxed policy and legal environment, and increase of small businesses give aid to strength.
