船舶能耗数据收集管理办法 Regulation on Data Collection for Energy Consumption of Ships The translation is not official version, all content is only as reference for whom concern. 第一章 总 则 Chapter 1 General Provision 第一条 为做好船舶能耗数据收集管理工作，推进船舶 节能减排，保护大气环境，根据《中华人民共和国船舶及其 有关作业活动污染海洋环境防治管理规定》和我国加入的有 关国际公约的规定，制定本办法。    Article 1 This Regulation lays down rules for the collection of ship energy consumption data, in order to promote the reduction of CO2 emissions, in accordance with Regulation of Peoples Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Marine Environment Pollution Caused by Ships and Their activities and related international conventions which China has acceded to. 第二条 本办法适用于进出我国港口的 400 总吨及以上 或者主推进动力装置 750 千瓦及以上的船舶。 军事船舶、渔船不适用本办法。 Article 2 This Regulation applies to ships, entering or leaving the ports in China, of 400 gross tonnage and above or powered by main propulsion machinery of 750 kW propulsion power and above.
