Real estate industry, one of pillar industries of China’s economy, has a large number of enterprises, but few of which have a certain scale and qualification. This gives rise to the modest overall level of real estate market. Currently, China’s real estate enterprises are confronted with more and more challenges and opportunities. However, the way to seize opportunities and meet challenges for improving their overall level makes the study of their competitiveness significant. Based on the idea of lean construction, this essay, in line with the composition of competitiveness of real estate enterprises, puts forward countermeasures of improving it. Introduction At present, the situation of China’s real estate industry is far from promising. Real estate enterprises are of varying size. Though there are a large number of them, but most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises having small size, poor qualification, weak management and scarce production competitiveness. Many of them have a narrow vision in that they are in pursuit of little immediate interests rather than long-term development. Such enterprises are bound to be eliminated in the future competition.
