ABSTRACTEnterprise ABSTRACT Enterprise resource planning①RP)realizes the internal supply chain management．It puts emphasis on the integration of internal business within one company．The target is to improve the company’s efficiency through the combination of the internal resource．Supply chain management(SCM) combines the supplier,manufacturer,distributor and retailer to one entke entity through the pre-information flow and post-logistiesinformation flow．With the development of electronic commerce正C)，the integration of ERP and SCM become more and more necessary． This paper analyzes the technology of the integration of ERP and SCM based on electronic data interchange①DI)through the supply chain integration project in Siemens VDO．The main contributions of this paper include followings： 1．This paper puts forward one integration mode of ERP and SCM in complicated supply chain environment based on the theory ofthe integration and expedence．The integration mode has solved the problem for the company which has not enough capacity in production with no authorization to do subcontract． 2．This paper introduces SAP R／3 and its development tools．Based on years’ expedence ofSAP,we summarize the skill ofhow to USe SAP． 3．This paper analyzes and realizes Siemens VDO Limited Company’S integration project of ERP and SCM based on EDI．The name of the system is HELLO--high electronic data interchange for lean logistic and organization．It has realized the integration wim the vendors’SCM system outside group and the integration of internal group’S supply chain management． g．This paper puts forward one quick way to migrate data from other system to SAP which improves SAP CATT and BDC method provided by SAP to import data．This quick way imports directly the original file downloaded from other system．This way saves the time used to prepare the data in specific format and improves the efficiency ofthe data migration． KEY WORDS enterprise resource planning，supplier chain management, electronic
