黑龙江大学硕士学位论文Abstract 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Distribution control system(Dcs)is one of the computer technologies，which has got a remarkable achievement in industrial automation domain．The computer technology,the control technology,the communication networking and the demonstration technology are all involved in DCS which is widely used in the process control area、^，ith good effect．The advanced control method、Ⅳitll the characteristics of a less investment，the good effect and the much profit are taking the place of the traditional control method gradually in the modem industrial process control domain with the huge result．The potential of DCS which is used as the platform of hardware and in which the advanced control algorithm is involved is maximized． This article takes Mudanjiang Northeast Chemical Industry Limited Company vinyl acetate reconstruction project as the background．After analyzing technical characteristics of vinyl acetate production process and being combined with the problems which exist in practice,the predictive control method has been improved necessarily in theory砒first．Then the author combines the predictive control method with P1D control and makes use of their advantages in controlling,and applies it to the temperature control of compound reaction．In this way,we can get a good effect，and solve big time lag．strong jamming and so on,which traditional control methods can’t solve．We have also realized decoupling between the temperature control loops in rectify wokeshop by using the internal model deeoupling contr01．By the simulation in computer and analyzing the theory,the advanced control method has been proved to be effective．At last，it has configurated the DCS which is applied tO this project，explains how to realize the advanced control on DCS and proves that the advanced control methords are feasible in this project． Key words distribution control system；advanced control method；predictive control； internal model decoupling contr01 ．n． 独创性声明独创性声明 独创性
