工业设计与制造业互动的掣肘因素研究 工业设计与制造业互动的掣肘因素研究 孙志锋 ，郑亚红，陈 萍 （浙江大学，浙江 杭州310027） 摘 要：工业设计产业是构成现代制造业核心竞争力的重要环节 ，在优化产业结构 ，转变经济发展方式具有不可替 代的作用。通过 实地走访 宁波市多家企业 ，在阐述工业设计产业与制造产业互动机制 、分析工业设计产业与制造产业互 动现状及互动不足成 因的基础上，以 宁波市为例 ，从加大政策支持 力度 、搭建设计创新成果转化服务平 台、加快培养 高 素质人才、大力发展设计金 融、积极 营造 良好的生态环境等方面提 出推动工业设计产业与制造业互动发展的政策建议 。 为产业转型升级提供有效支撑 ，促进 宁波市经济健康、稳 固地发展。 关键词：工业设计；制造产业；产业互动 ；工业设计平 台 中图分类号：F061.5 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1004-292X（2013）09-0109-05 The Interaction Constraints Factors of the Industrial Design and Manufacturing Industry SUN Zhi-feng ， ZHENG Ya-hong ， CHEN Ping （Zhejiang University ， Hangzhou Zhejiang 310027 ， China ） Abstract ： Industrial design plays an important part in modern manufacturing ， optimizing the industrial structure ， and has an irreplaceable role in the transformation of economic development mode. Many enterprises cooed that it was the source of Manu- facturings competitive strength. After having visited a number of enterprises in Ningbo ， this article discourses interaction mecha- nism between industrial design and manufacturing industry ， and the causes that why the interaction is not very good. On the above basis of analysis ， take Ningbo as an example ， we can promote the interactive development of industrial design and manufactur- ing ， through policy support ， building service platform ， training highly qualified personnel ， developing the design financial and creating a good ecological environment. Then ， through above effective support ， we can promote the healthy and stable develop- ment of Ningbo economic industrial transformation. Key words ： Industrial design ； The manufacturing industry
