Teaching Procedures Step 1:Warm-up Listen,watch and do. Look at the screen and do the action with it. Look at the pictures and talk about what do they look like.(Pictures of pig,monkey,giraffe.) Step 2:Presentation Let’s learn 1.T shows a picture of the ostrich. T:What is it? Ss:It’s an ostrich. 2.Learn the new words. T shows the picture of the ostrich,then plays the sound:Wow,it has a small head.Learn the word small,Ss read after the recording.The same way to learn other words(big,short,long). 3.Listen to the recording and read after it. 4.Listen and number the words. ●Let’s do Watch the screen and do the action with it. Step 3:Practice Riddle.According to the description and guess what it is. 2Look at the elephant and talk about what does it looks like. Guessing Game.
