[ 摘 要 ] 从城市空间理论来看，实体书店是地区文化传承的载体，也是一个城市的独特文化场所，同时更是
城市人的身心栖息之地 。但随着现代社会的发展 ，城市区域实体书店因其自身的经济属性与文化属性对其功能
价值定位的直接影响，它的生存与发展面临着诸多困境。本文以实体书店在现代城市空间的适应性为关注点，
考虑实体书店存在的价值，提出城市区域书店在未来的发展中，应以其自身文化功能价值为核心，从营造文化
空间氛围，转变书店营销策略，借助互联网技术环境加强行业合作等方面实现新的发展 。
