基于OPC规范和Intcrnct的实时监控系统 基于OPC规范和Intcrnct的实时监控系统 罗小松(控制理论与控制工程) 指导老师于佐军(副教授) 摘要 随着现代制造系统的不断发展，系统变得越来越庞大，功能越来越 复杂，对系统的开放性、可扩充性、可重用性以及互操作的要求也越来 越高。传统的企业信息集成的方式己经不能适应现代制造系统发展的要 求。以支持应用互操作的需求为核心，在分布对象环境中实现企业信息 资源的重用、重构与共享，己经成为当今的企业信息集成的发展方向。 本文在深入研究opc技术、COM／DCOM技术和研究Internet技术的 基础上，提出了基于OPC数据访问规范和Internet技术的实时监控系统 的实现方案，并分别对OPC客户系统开发和OPC服务器开发以及客户端 与服务器端两者之间的通信做了详尽的介绍。该系统符OPC数据访问规 范。采用ASP技术作为分布式计算手段，结合了OPt技术与Internet技 术两者的优点，具有良好的开放性、可扩展性和平台无关性。实验结果 进一步表明，该系统方案能在一定程度上满足分布式远程实时监控的应 用需求，具有较好的通用性，应用前景十分广阔。 关键词：OPC服务器，OPC客户端，cOM／Dc0M技术，ASP。ActiveX控件 Ⅱ The The Real-time supervisal and control System based ell the oPC and Internet Luo xiao．song(Control Theory And Control Engineering) DtrectedbyProfessorYuzuo-Jun Abstract With the rapid development of Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System，manufacture systems become larger and larger,and the functions of these systems become more and more complex．Nowadays，there is a general demand for the systems to be open,extensible，reusable and cooperative．However,the traditional Information Integration methods Call hardly meet this demand．Reusing,rc-structuring and sharing enterprise information resources in a distributed object environment have been the tendency ofthe future enterprise information integration． The passage researchs that the OPC technology,COM／DCOM technology and Interact technology,and carry on the system ofthe OPC Data Access and the Interact technology．Theremore，the passage introduces the study of the OPC client system and the OPC SelWe system and the communication bewteen them．the system accords with the OPC Data Access Specification and adopts ASP technology to do the distributed compute means，and combines the merits of the OPC technology and Internet technology．The result of experiment indicates that the system can satisfy the damand of the distributed long distanced real—time supervisal the control system． Key words：OPC Server,OPCchem，ASP,COM／DCOM Technology,ActiveX 1II 独创性声明本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取 独创性声
