摘 要 本文研究基于 OLAP 技术具有本体特征的档案管理系统，该系统以计算机为 工具，网络为支撑环境，数据库为核心，综合运用计算机、通讯、信息管理工程 等多门类学科与技术，实现对档案系统标准化、规范化的管理。 计算机智能技术的发展，使得档案信息智能检索成为档案界的发展趋势。基 于智能检索，可以实现档案信息的自动化分析，并利用数据挖掘技术满足用户所 提出检索要求的深层次意图，实现档案信息利用服务的人性化。 本文从本体定义、本体分类和本体应用三方面对档案数据本体进行研究，确 定了本体构建方法，明确了本体构建工具，分析了本体构建技术难点，制定了构 建本体的规则。运用建模工具 Protégé进行了本体构建，完成了基于 OLAP 的档案 数据仓库设计，分析了数据仓库中用于 OLAP 的常用数据模式、OLAP 的多维数 据结构、多维分析操作、OLAP 的实现方法，进行了档案数据仓库的设计，定义 了体系结构，设计了档案数据仓库数据组织结构，并基于 SQLServer2005 建立了 数据仓库。 论文设计了具有本体特征的档案管理系统中，用户权限管理、借阅管理、档 案数据录入、档案检索、系统参数设置、数据维护、数据修改、报表打印、数据 备份及恢复等模块功能。在物理模型的基础上完成了系统实现，进行了系统的上 线运行，并对系统性能进行了测试。 关键词： OLAP 技术 本体 档案管理 Abstract This study is based on the computer as a tool to support the network environment, the database as the core, the integrated use of computer, communications, engineering, and other categories of information management disciplines and technology, the personnel file system on the standardized management of OLAP technology is based on body characteristics File management system.
