They greatly improve the enterprise’s competitive strength,the production efficiency and benefits. However,there are lots of defects in the existing ESA softwares. For example,they are poorly flexible,costing people too much money and time in development. It is difficult to integrate and interact between them,difficult in upgrading and secondly developing. To solve these problems,we propose a new exploiting pattern of ESA softwares based MDA. It start from the CIM modeling to software code through model transformation. It focuses on model creating and converting. It is well flexible. We propose the whole frame structure of PIM in this paper,taking the CIM model into account. The PIM model is object-oriented. It contains BO model,workflow model,role model and data model. It is described by BO state view,BO data view,BO use case view,BO class view,BO integrated view,workflow view,role view and data view. We analyze the consistency of the PIM. Considering the needing of transformation between CIM and PIM,we add some other information to CIM,adding some other constraints,giving the definition of orthogonal field. To solve the problems of semantic mapping,we propose the whole transformation framework between CIM and PIM based the thoughts of ontology and component. We create the initial field ontology of CIM and PIM,looking for the ontology’s mapping relationship by comprehensive similarity. The similarity is divided into the name similarity,the property similarity and structure similarity. They have different weight ratios. Then,we make use of the idea of component to post-process the basic data getted by conversion,building the BO matrix and busness activity matrix,giving a kind of refining algorithm to get suitable size of BO and busness activity data. Last,we research in some areas of the whole system tool，making use of XML as the input and out
