Abst Abst ract With the high development of the Intemet technology，the contacts within enterprises and between enterprises has been strengthening more and more．So the sharing and exchange of enterprise data becomes SO important that it like the artery of enterprise management information system．Nowadays the model of data exchange with high efficiency and more reliability becomes the foundation of improving commerce efficiency,decreasing operation cost and enhancing enterprise competition． So how to design this model and design the exchange standard with general and convenience for eliminating the isolated information and realizing the sharing and exchange ofinformation have been caught more and more attention ofresearch． Under the analysis and comparison of traditional data exchange model and the distinction between models of Peer to Peer,and discussed the framework，the model selecting，node management and the standard of Peer to Peer data exchange mode， according to some practical projects，the paper layouts an XML-based Data Exchange System model，and explains the framework，mechanism and application of this model in particular．This model improves the center server’S over—loaded status of traditional data exchange model and the security of Peer to Peer technology．At the salTle time， this paper studies some problems that may emerge when implementing the model．For example，the architecture，the exchange model and peer management of Peer to Peer network，the integration of XML information and etc．We adopt the Microsoft．Net developing platform as the main programming tool，and expatiates the design process of Person Move Management of Fire Management Information System，providing reference for the development of other data exchange system． Key words peer to peer：XML；data exchange：SOAP U 独创性声明本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研 独创性声明 本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研 究成果。尽我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文中不包含其他 人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果，也不包含为获得北京工业大学或其它教育机构 的学位或证书而使用过的材料。与我一同工作的同志对本研究所做的任何贡献均 已在论文中作
