HPLC 法测定食品中金雀异黄素 常凤启 　陈桂茹 　韩会新 　秦振顺 (河北省疾病预防控制中心 ,河北 　保定 　071000) 摘 　要 :为保证保健食品的质量 ,建立了测定食品中金雀异黄素的 HPLC 方法 。试样以乙醚脱脂 , ( ) μ 甲醇 + 水 80 + 20 ,体积分数 超声提取 30 min ,定容后过 045 m 滤膜 ,上 2500 mm ×46 mm 、粒径 μ ( ) 10 m 的 C18 柱 , 甲醇 + 醋酸铵 0050 molL ,p H 46 作流动相 ,二极管阵列检测器测定 。染料木苷 、 黄豆苷 、黄豆苷元对测定不产生干扰 。方法回收率 85 %～110 % ,相对标准偏差 2 %～8 % ,最低检 出限为 010 μ g 。本方法适用于保健食品中金雀异黄素的测定 。 关键词 :豆科 ;异黄酮类 ;色谱法 ,高压液相 HPL C method for the determination of genistein in foods Chang Fengqi , et al . After the sample was sonicated for 30 minutes and passed through a 045 μ reversedphase column (25 cm ×46 mm i . d . ;10 μ ) m filter ,it was then separated on a C m particles and 18 methanol —0050 molL ammonium acetate (46 % + 54 % ,by volume) ,p H 46 was used as the mobile phase at a velocity of 12 mLmin . The eluate was detected by a photo diodearray detector at 2 10 nm～400 nm. The separation of genistein , genistin , daidzein and daidzin was achieved successfully in about 20 minutes.
