Review words about describing people’s looks(Height,Build,Hair, Facial features,Clothes,Other features).And make sentences using the words.Then try to make sentences longer or better. Divide students into six groups. Ask each group of students to add more words in each box. Ask six students to write the words on the blackboard. Check the spelling together and then read. 2.Ask students to read the instructions and the passage in 3a. Then have them complete 3a individually. Check the answers. 3.Draw a mind map according to the passage in 3a. 4.Show the standards of grading. 5.Ask students to write a passage about their best friends. Six students write on the blackboard. Others work on their own passages individually. Correct mistakes as needed. Step Ⅲ．Homework Finish the writing on the exercise book. Students can choose the writing type according to their own writing ability. 板书设计 Name Looks My Best Friend Clothes Reasons/Hobby 回顾与反思 本节课的写作主题是：介绍最好的朋友。我的设计思路是这样的：以“词—句—篇”的写作顺序，层层引导学生如何介绍自己的朋友。 在学生们了解了本节课的学习目标后，先以“Brainstorming”的形式来复习单词、句型，为下面的写作做好准备。然后赏析教材中的范文，学会用思维导图的方式列出写作提纲，了解英语作文评分标准。最后学生写作，师生共同点评。 就整节课而言，无论是从学生参与课堂实践的积极性来看，还是从学生出色完成教师布置的任务后而展示的成果来看，都给听课的老师留下了一种意犹未尽的印象。但我个人在这节课后，还是有遗憾之处，写作前的“Brainstorming”用时稍长，导致在点评各组写在黑板上的作文后，没有展评其他学生的写作。
