AbstractThe Abstract The thesis begins from investigating and studyjng the suPplying—grass system of the straw—checkerboard baⅡiers paVing mbot of the 863 projects.As calculating all the parameters Ofthe supplying—grass system,Ihe deanite coefficient of friction between straw and iron,straw aIld nlbber is found to be the key of the research.Howeverthere is no experimental resuIt to be referenced at home and abroad.1’hus the aim·of the thesis is to draw the coe硒cient of 丘iction between straw and iron, sIraw and nlbber and the theoretical research and experimental methods are carried Out on the friction between straw and irOn,straw and兀lbber and experimental datum are analyzed by usjng multi—analysis method in order to validate the feasibnity of the friction theory and expefimental methods between straw and jron,straw and rubber frictiOn. The thesis mainly concerns seVeral aspects as the followjng: First of all,the supplyjng—gmss system of the straw—checkerboard barriers paving robot is inVestigated and analyzed.’nlrough inVestigating and analyzing all the parametefs of the supplying-掣ass system,the coe彤cjent of衔ction between straw and iron,straw and兀Ibbef is verified to be the key factor of supplying·grass system. Secondl弘the friction mechanism between straw and iron,straw and rubber is studied. Through analyzing lots of the actual problems and comparing the classical Kulun law and model friction mechanism,the paper draws the friction mechanism between straw and imn, straw and rubber that offer theoretical bases for Ihe following frictjon method. Finally,the measuring method of friction factorbetween straw and iron,straw and nlbber is studied.The measuring method of automation and the improved traditional measufjng method are designed to analyze different experimental datum of the two methods in fjxed quantity thfough the SPSS softwafe.By comparing,the measurjng method of automation is superior to the improVed traditional one.
