Erikson. It is a solid and con- sistent cognition of the individual’s sense of self, the direction of the future and social position. This paper introduces the concept and theory of self-identity, the factors that affect the self-identity of teenagers, especially the family factors are introduced in detail. A review of the re- levant family intervention programs was conducted. Finally, based on the family impact factors of the self-identity of adolescents, we design a new adolescent self-identity family intervention pro- gram with the integration of Satir family therapy and structural family therapy. The intervention promotes mutual understanding among family members through eight family sessions of two hours at a time, to help young people develop their self-identity.
