ABSTRACTAB ABSTRACT AB STRACT ABSTRACT：The dependence on radio spectrum resource has been growing with the wide use of the wireless communication technology in everyday life．Meanwhile，the problem of spectrum shortage becomes more and more serious．However,researches show that the existing fixed spectrum assignment policy causes the low average efficiency of spectrum utilization as well as hi．gh imbalance．To solve this problem，the only way is to reuse the spectrum and improve the utility of spectrum resource． Cognitive radio is born in this background，which brings a promising future to solve the spectrum shortage，realize dynamic spectrum management and improve the efficiency of spectrum utilization． In cognitive radio，spectrum sharing is always the hotspot in the worldwide research．Since its concept was pioneered，many analysis models have been proposed， which are mainly based on the classic mathematic theory and microeconomic theory,etc． Recently,the research method based on game theory emerges．But the research is not much and the existing algorithm is limited．Therefore to develop the new spectrum sharing models and the application of game algorithms is extremely meaningful both in theoretical and realistic aspects． In this dissertation，firstly,the theoretical framework of spectrum sharing system in cognitive radio network is established and the game model for the spectrum sharing in cognitive radio network is proposed based on the analysis of the existing spectrum sharing models．Secondly,with the application of this model，the concept of spectrum diversity is introduced and three game theoretical algorithms are designed，which are static Bertrand game algorithm，dynamic Stackelberg algorithm and repeated game algorithm．All of these algorithms are designed to maximum the profit of the primary system with the final goal of improving its efficiency of spectrum utilization．Finally, the equilibrium outcome is achieved by using numerical analysis method．The specific influence
