摘 要 企业社会责任越来越受到社会各界广泛关注。当前，国内、外学术界对企业 社会责任的实践意义和理论价值已达成基本共识，企业不仅需要对股东负责，还 需要承担对员工、消费者、社区和环境等其他利益相关者的责任。这不仅是外界 对企业的期盼，也是企业持续发展的主动需要。企业社会责任运动如今在欧美国 家开展得如火如荼，内容和形式不断丰富，对中国的企业社会责任发展起到了积 极的影响和推动作用。事物的发展是个渐进的过程，但是进程在一定条件下可以 加速。随着经济全球化趋势的不断发展，供应链体系越来越显示出重要性，同一 供应链上各企业之间相互牵制、相互影响，不但需要在生产上达到协同，在管理 上亦趋于一致。故而，笔者认为基于供应链责任角度进行企业社会责任的推广值 得研究。可以借助供应链渠道，将社会责任理念较完善、实践较为成功的企业的 管理方法和经验推向更多的企业。本文在借鉴了欧美国家企业社会责任运动发展 先进经验的基础上，分析了基于供应链责任研究企业社会责任的必要性；通过对 国内外零售企业供应链责任情况进行比较，认为中国企业供应链责任还处在较低 水平。本文在中国企业供应链实施计划与构建方面作了初步探索，希望为企业社 会责任在中国的推广提供一些借鉴。 关键词：企业社会责任 供应链 供应链责任 SA8000 I Abstract Presently, corporation social responsibility has received attention from various circles of society, both domestic and foreign academics have achieved a consensus on the practical meaning and theoretical value of corporation social responsibility. The corporation is not only responsible for its stockholders, but also for its employees, customers, communities and other stakeholders. This is expectation from the external world as well as the initiative needs for the corporation’s sustainable development. So far, the corporation social responsibility campaign spreads fast in various forms, brings positive influence on the development of corporation social responsibility in China. The development of things is an accumulative process, yet the process can be accelerated in certain conditions. With the development of globalization, the supply chain system has become increasingly important, various corporations on the same supply chain has been interrelated and interacted, they need to cooperate on production and management. Therefore, I believe that promotion on corporation social responsibility based on supply chain responsibility deserves research. Through the supply chain channel, the management methods and experiences of the corporations with relatively perfect social responsibility ideas and successful practice can be introduced to more companies.
